Our Story

Sometimes, in the middle of real life, you can lose sight of yourself.

Not all at once.
But slowly, quietly, beneath the weight of everything you are carrying.
Motherhood. Grief. Menopause. ADHD. The mental load of daily life. The emotional weight of raising a child with additional needs. The pressure of trying to hold everything together while feeling like no one can quite see what is happening inside you.

Until one day, you realise you do not quite feel like you anymore.

KNOW was created from that place.
From the ache of feeling disconnected from yourself, and the deep desire to find your way back.

It began with one woman’s experience, but it was never only hers.
Because so many women know this feeling.
The feeling of holding it all together on the outside while something inside feels lost, tired or unseen.

KNOW is more than clothing.
It is for the woman underneath it all.
The woman who is still there, even after everything they have been through.
The woman rediscovering her strength. Her voice and her self-belief.

Everything behind KNOW is rooted in meaning.
In connection.
In truth.
In the reminder that you are not broken, and you are not alone.
You may have lost touch with yourself for a while, but that version of you was never gone.
